Seven milestones from the money core to a phone in the shop. Each one closes when its demo runs on a real machine, so there are no dates; the order is the promise.
Each row says what you will be able to try when the milestone closes, what goes in to get there, and what has to be answered before it can close.

Cloud mode, where the shop's data also lives on a server, waits on the business decision between a subscription with an account, a one-time licence, or both. A tested backup and restore path exists before it starts. Not scheduled.
Listed in the spec as later; the database is designed so they stay possible. Batches and lots with expiry dates, product variants, bundles and promotions, invoice scanning on the phone, the phone working fully offline, cheque and bank transfer as payment modes, the bon de livraison.
